I have been a Phillips resident for 18 years, but began camping at the lakes and hitting snowmobile trails “up north” almost 40 years ago, as a kid with my family. I have insider’s knowledge of the lakes and rivers in northern Wisconsin, and especially enjoys fishing and wakeboarding. Hunting is also one of my favorite hobbies, and 2 years ago I shot my first bear.
In addition to a love for the outdoors, I love sports and play volleyball both on the court, as well as back in the outdoors–on grass and sand. I enjoyed coaching JV girls volleyball for the Phillips Loggers for several years. But wait, there’s more…I am also in a band, playing bass guitar in the worship band at my local church.
My wife (Jill) and I live in an almost completed fixer-upper, on Solberg Lake just outside of Phillips, WI. We have a 3 year old Golden Retriever, Nashi, who sadly does NOT like to swim! She prefers running and chasing snowballs on the frozen lake, and is my constant companion for ice fishing. Jill and I are fostering 3 young kids ages 4, 3 and 2, and are also looking to adopt in the future.
I have worked building homes for many years, and got into real estate in 2009. I am definitely an optimist! Through hard work, persistence, and incredible customer service, I have not only survived building up my business in real estate during one of the worst times in recent history, but last year I had my best year yet.1
Customers say that they appreciate my friendly demeanor, my knowledge of the 90+ lakes in the county, and my lightning-quick response time. If you are looking to buy, sell, or want a market analysis of your home or land, give me a call!
